About this house rental
Sweeping views set the scene for a relaxing adventure at Country Memories guesthouse. Spacious and light filled, the living room offers a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the country decor. A corner of the living room offers a kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. The satellite television is found in the living room for your enjoyment. Please note, the wood-burning stove is for decoration only, it is not available for cooking. Full of fresh country inspiration, the loft bedroom has a queen sized bed topped with a lovely quilt. The upstairs deck directly off the bedroom is the perfect place for watching sunsets, wildlife and stars.

HOSTS - Your host lives on the property in a separate home, but you have the guesthouse all to yourselves.

We loved this place. It was so relaxing to be out in the country. No road noise, no one else around. Just nature. We watched the birds, geese, and deer in the morning from the wrap around patio. We could not be more satisfied with our stay. The history of the land and the family living on it was so beautiful and it was amazing to stay on a piece of Fredericksburg’s history. We communicated with the owners in person and they were lovely and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The owners live on property and just wonderful. If you need a quiet respite from a hectic life this is the place for you! We saw deer, cattle, geese, turkey and birds of every kind from the front porch. It is a short drive to Fredericksburg and Kerrville. Simply fabulous!

This was just the most relaxing stay. It is set miles away from any city. Very beautiful property and attentive hosts. Kindest people. Comfortable lodging. Will do this again.

A peaceful, beautiful setting, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed some long hikes on the ranch, watching the deer, and the quiet beauty of this place. The owners are very kind and helpful. Would love to go there again.
