This multi-level condo is located right in town, less than a mile from Sandpoint City Beach Park on the lakeshore. Even closer are the Lakeview Park Boat Ramp and all sorts of restaurants, shops, breweries, and conveniences in the center of town. The gorgeous slopes of Schweitzer are only 13 miles north as well. Wake up each morning to a view of the surrounding mountains and head downstairs to sip your first cup of coffee outside on the balcony. Grab a fresh change of clothes from the washer/dryer, pack a few of your favorite snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, and head out for a beautiful day on the lake. Spend the evening hours barbecuing on the gas grill, dining and playing after-dinner board games at the high-top kitchen table, and streaming your favorite movies on the living room TV. Additional features of the condo include complimentary WiFi and a desk workspace in one of the bedrooms upstairs. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: No parking available. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
