The apartment is in a good location, situated just outside the city walls. It is a pleasant walk into the city centre.
There is a supermarket close by with a good range of products.
Bus # 32 & 33 go to and from the station. There is no bus 32 leaving from the station on a Sunday, yet you can get to the station. Interesting. Your stop is San Vitale.
The imaginary washing machine! It is front and centre in the photographs so imagine my surprise when I found two buckets in the cupboard instead! It is very misleading. Please remove that photograph from your site.
For anyone caught out as we were, there is a laundromat around the corner.

The appartment was clean, comfortable and convenient for a week of work at Bologna. Small details like coffee capsules and breakfast biscuits were highly appreciated the first day of stay.
The check-in was easy and the owner was available any time it was needed.

Das Appartement hat 9,7 Punkte bei Booking, das ist wahrscheinlich etwas zu hoch bewertet.
Das können wir nicht bestätigen.
Vieles einfach, zu einfach. Kabel liegen auf dem Boden, sind eine Stolperfalle.
Das Badezimmer ist viel zu eng, ab 1,50m Körpergröße hat man schon Probleme. Es ist auch eher nur eine Notbeleuchtung im Bad.
Das Bett ist auch einfache Qualität, auch die Matratze. Und die Heizung kontrolliert der Vermieter von Ferne,
„Big brother is watching you“,
er bestimmt wann und wie hoch die Heizung an und abgestellt wird.
Eine neue Erfahrung für uns.
Nicht sehr angenehm.
Wir sollten unsere Kleidung, die vom Regen nass war, im Trockner trocknen. Dann wird die Wohnung nicht so feuchtkalt.
Danke für diesen Vorschlag. Hatten anfangs nur 20‘ in der Whg. Ein Zimmerthermometer war vorhanden. Das konnte der Vermieter auch ablesen von Ferne.
Die Außentemperatur war nachts schon unter 10’. Wir waren Anfang Oktober hier im Urlaub.
Das war schön kalt morgens im Bad.
Wir hatten dann die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer als Heizung benutzt, d.h. Im Schlafzimmer war es zu warm, im Bad trotzdem noch zu kalt, trotz offener Türen. Es laufen entweder auch nur alle Heizkörper oder kein Heizkörper, auch das ist unangenehm.
Wir wollen kühler schlafen aber es warm im Bad haben.
Viel Vergnügen allen hier in der Wohnung, die nach uns kommen in der kalten Jahreszeit.
Wahrscheinlich wird auch die Klimaanlage im Sommer vom Vermieter kontrolliert?
Das ist Zuviel Kontrolle und Bevormundung für uns gewesen.
Für die Kaffeemaschine war nur 1 Kapsel Kaffee pro Tag, pro Person vorhanden.
Auch das war interessant.
Nur die Lage ist gut zur Innenstadt,
Unsere Fahrräder unterstellen war auch kein Problem.
Auch einchecken kann man 24Std.
Bologna ist schön, ein Besuch lohnt sich.
