Located about 15 minutes to the artsy town of Cashiers and Highlands, with convenient access to Lake Glenville and Sylva/Cullowhee. This area is filled with rivers and waterfalls and plenty of things to do, including golf, tennis, fly-fishing, hiking, cycling, and more. You'll be greeted with a wall of windows, allowing the natural light to flood in. Get comfortable in main living room with cathedral ceilings, featuring a wood burning stone fireplace. The well-appointed kitchen is perfectly designed for the chef of the group and there is plenty of space to gather around the dining room table and enjoy it together. Head down to the lower-level family room for an evening of fun in the game room with a wet bar. With 3 bedrooms, all with king beds, a loft area with 2 twin bunks (4 twins beds) and 2 pull out sofas, there will be space to ensure good rest for everyone. With all of the amenities onsite as well as in the area, this is the perfect mountain lodge for your WNC vacation! Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 10 - Max Occupancy: 14 - 2 Twin Bunk Beds in Loft area (4 twin beds) - 2 pull out couches are available - Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens - Internet Speed: Download - 5Mbps Upload - 25Mbps - Strongly recommend 4WD year round due to steep driveway - Parking for up to 4-5 vehicles, depending on size - Cleaning fee: $400 Yonder openly shares & clearly posts our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it! Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discounts, and trip insurance. Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.

The house is lovely with beautiful views, very comfortable. The big draw back is the driveway is very steep with limited visibility. Front garden could use some TLC.

Home is very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only down side was there is no place for our dogs to go outside. We had to walk them on the street with cars zooming around curves with low visibility. Felt very unsafe.

This is a great location to see the attractions of western North Carolina. We were able to get in hiking, waterfalls, Cherokee, swimming at the lake and pizza in Cashiers. This would be a great place to stay for a larger group. Plenty of room to stretch out.

This was our 3rd trip to Glenville / Cullowhee / Cashiers and this property BY FAR exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate and felt brand new. The furniture, linens, mattresses & kitchen were all top notch. We have never arrived at any rental and been blown away like we were here. Kitchen was stocked with supplies for cooking /storage and cleaning which was a pleasant surprise. The laundry room was gigantic with a perfect table for folding laundry. The house also provided detergent even though we brought our own. The view and location are phenomenal. We were in downtown Cashiers in 12 minutes and The Highlands in 25. The location of the property is on the main road but we never had an issue with heavy traffic or vehicle sound. Noise makers in every room was also a nice touch. The ONLY issue we had was the drive way. You can not navigate it with a FWD vehicle. We did get stuck briefly on the gravel with spinning tires and having to gun it onto the main road and pray no one was coming around the corner fast. There is a little pull off on the main road (directly in front of the house) which we utilized the entire week for parking and never had an issue with that. The information book in the house provided helpful information for Asheville which wasn’t ideal but having been in the area before we were familiar with the area. We rented a pontoon boat on Lake Glenville from Signal Marina. We will definitely return to this property and recommend to everyone!!!

This house was setup perfectly for our two families (10 guests total) and let us enjoy a wonderful week in the mountains. The house is spacious, generously stocked, clean and tidy. We could tell everything was very well thought out to provide guests an ideal, relaxing getaway. We would love to visit again!

The property was better than described. The kitchen was better equipped than my own house. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place felt like home. We ended up staying at the house more than we expected because we enjoyed it so much.

We had such a great time at Sunrise Kingdom! The space is well done, clean, spacious and the views are downright magical. I love that there are 4 fukl bathrooms and two large living areas for our big family to spread out and come together. We shall return!
