Tucked away in a quiet cove located in a small neighborhood in central Kingsland, is Enchanted Cove on LBJ. You can do it all! Enjoy a morning kayak ride, a mid-day float, an afternoon tube ride on open water and an evening hot tub under the stars! All of this is right at Enchanted Cove LBJ. Our 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath lake house is perfect for multiple families who want to vacation together. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a maximum of 3 parking spaces available. Send your guests who want to sleep in or have more privacy to the private casita overlooking the cove. The Casita sleeps 4. Enchanted Cove is great for small children to enjoy swimming or fishing in our calm cove. For all of the "bigger kids" in your group, the open, adventurous water is right around the bend! Our second story deck affords a beautiful view of the cove and is a great place for a cup of coffee. In the evening, cheer on your favorite team on the balcony/bar area with an outdoor TV. Enchanted Cove is located 1.7 miles from HEB and 2 miles from the best spots on the water with live music and great food....Wakepoint and Boat Town. Want to wine taste? Award winning Perissos Vineyard is 3 miles away. They have daily wine tasting and kids are welcome. Downstairs offers a turf area for kids to play. (Bring the Spikeball). Do you love to fish? Enchanted Cove has one of the best fishing holes for Bass. After a long day, wind down in the brand NEW HOT TUB under the lights and stars! As personal owners of our Enchanted Cove, we are happy to help plan your vacation on LBJ! Please note that this property has security camera's at the front door and at the boat dock. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 16 guests. We manage several nearby rental properties and therefore often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay. There is a limit of 3 vehicles-Strictly enforced NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. We loved the outdoor spaces and spent lots of time sitting on the covered deck, fishing, and playing in lake LBJ. Kitchen was well stocked.

Quiet Cove is the perfect place for groups. The location is beautiful, the house is amazing, and the owners went above and beyond to welcome my family and make sure everything was perfect. Such a cool, relaxing and unique place to stay!! Wish we could go every weekend.

This was one of the best places we have stayed! Our entire family went (4 generations), and we had a wonderful time, and it was even cold and raining out, we are definitely going back in the summer and bringing our pontoon boat! The house was so comfortable, clean, well equipped and the covered porch right over the water was fantastic. Great hot tub, went kayaking (provided) it was just a perfect vacation for the whole family!

Enchanted Cove was the perfect getaway for a long weekend of relaxing and gathering with old friends. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor areas/decks were absolutely perfect for gathering, watching football, and star gazing. The cove was quiet and great for kayaking. Andrea went above and beyond to make our stay personalized and perfect. We hope to stay again!

We had a great time here! There was plenty of room for everyone to comfortably spread out yet still be close enough to visit and enjoy one another. My sons and their friends stayed in the casita which allowed them to have their own space to stay up late fishing and sleep in the next morning. The kitchen was very well stocked. Property was very clean and just as pictured. The kayaks were fantastic and the location allowed for lots of exploring without dodging boats and jet skis. We had easy access to the main part of the lake with our own boat. Overall a fantastic stay! Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. The beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms very luxurious. We cooked all of our meals, and had everything we needed for our group of ten. There’s plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, then come together in the well appointed kitchen, living room and the lovely outdoor decks, complete with a hot tub, television, bar and dining table. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night gazing at the stars, and enjoying the peace and quiet. Andrea is a great host, and very responsive to any communication. This is a great place for a relaxing lakeside getaway..

One of the most relaxing vacations ever! The pictures don’t do justice to the outdoor space. The kayaks and hot tub and lily pad float and current board games just made the trip. Plenty of room. Beautiful decor. Fully stocked kitchen. Convenient location. Fantastic owner response!

Our family had an amazing weekend at the Enchanted Cove! The owners thought of everything you could possibly want and need, including kayaks, floats and tubes and even fishing rods. The pictures online don’t do this gem justice. We made a lot of great memories and look forward to going back.

Our stay here was more than we expected, from the location being closer to all things, the amenities the home had to offer, to the most amazing host, Andrea who thought of everything like providing a Birthday cake, flowers, and personalized Happy Birthday welcome sign. The house is lovely and great for multiple families, large families or even a girls get away for a special occasion, guys too but this is not a home you want to get too 'rowdy' at as it is in a neighborhood with close surrounding neighbors who live there full time. We want this to be our regular vacation spot as we spend a lot of time on Lake LBJ. Thank you Andrea and Family, for being so great to communicate with and everything you have put into this home to make it so special for memories to be made. If I could give this a higher rating I would. :)

We really enjoyed the lake house. The property was beautifully decorated and for our family perfectly! We loved the fact that it was located on a cove and not on the busy lake areas. We will be back soon!

Enchanted Cove was the perfect spot to relax and take in lake life. The place offered plenty of room for our group, the hot tub and all the outdoor space and patios were a bonus!!! We will definitely be staying here again.
