There are several charcoal BBQ grills for everyone to use during their stay. This home features two primary en-suites; one upstairs, one downstairs. Full size washer and dryer located in the laundry room on the first floor. There are two assigned parking spaces with additional unmarked overflow parking on a first come basis. There is NOT golf cart access but you are within a short drive to beaches for a day lounging surf side and a plethora of fishing opportunities in the Gulf surf, jetties, and Laguna Madre.
