Located in Seaside Heights, this lovely condo for $442 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. JUST 100 STEPS TO BOARDWALK/BEACH - BEST LOCATION IN TOWN *** This is a family friendly beach block apartment that is part of a 3-family home. We want to make sure we meet your expectations for your getaway so if you prefer enjoying late hours (after 10pm) it might be best to look elsewhere. Thank you. Unit #1 4-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Just 100 STEPS to the boardwalk/beach- the BEST location in town. Newly renovated. Sleeps 8-10 people. Bedroom 1- twin over twin bunk bed, Bedroom 2- queen bed, Bedroom 3- queen bed, Bedroom 4- queen bed. We also have a queen pullout sofa. Designated off street parking in our driveway for 1 car plus we will provide with 1 parking pass to park at numbered spots on the street. This upstairs unit is part of a 3-family house. You will have your own private front and back deck. Shared grill and outdoor shower with other units on patio below. Central air conditioning, TVs in all bedrooms and living room, board games and books, free WIFI, all linens (sheets, quilts, pillows, extra blankets) and towels included. Washer and dryer in unit, fully stocked kitchen INCLUDED: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, makeup mirror, starter supply of paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper (1 roll), dish detergent (1 pack of 4 pods) and coffee (2 two-ounce packs). At times, guests may leave some extra items in the unit behind. You are free to use these. Please bring your own laundry detergent and extra supply of these items if you will need them. 4 beach badges (no beach badges are required after Labor Day), 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels included. Must be minimum age of 27 years to rent. No large gatherings or parties. No Proms! Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking on property inside or outside. 1) Check-in time is at 4pm. Check out time is at 10am (you will be charged a $150.00 late fee if not checked out at this time) Our maids must come in and clean. 2) Must be 27 years of age to book. By booking under your name, you assume responsibility for all guests on property during the reservation period. No parents booking for their kids/parents must stay on-site at all times. NO PROMS! 3) No unsupervised children under the age of 18 at any time. 4) Maximum occupancy for this unit is strictly enforced. Maximum occupancy is 10 people. No additional overnight guests allowed. 5) No pets allowed. An extra cleaning fee of $750.00 will be charged if a pet enters property. 6) No smoking inside or outside property. A fee of $500.00 will be charged if we detect smoking has occurred anywhere in the house or cigarette butts on property. 7) We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicles or personal belongings. 8) Be mindful of making noise in the home at all hours due to the fact this is a 3-family house, and some guests may have small children. No loud noises outside past 10 pm as per town ordinance. Please be courteous to our neighbors. 9) This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur when on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises others whom they invite to use the premises. 10) Tampering/cutting power from the outdoor cameras is strictly prohibited. They are there for your safety and to safeguard our property. 11) We require all guests booking reservation to have all positive reviews with no negative reviews. 12) No adding, removing or rearranging of furniture/appliances inside or outside of property. 13) We do not permit towels, linens, or blankets to be removed from the home. Beach towels, beach badges and beach chairs are meant to be used on the beach and returned home. A fee of $100 per beach badge will be charged if they are not returned. A fee of $50 per beach chair will be charged of they are not returned. 14) No large gatherings or parties. Any excessive loud noises/parties will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount. 15) No subleasing. 16) Please keep windows closed when A/C is on. 17) NO PROMS 18) ID may be required at time of booking or before check in for age verification.

Overall, the house was very clean, warm welcoming, and very accommodating. Great location, so close to the beach! Michael was very responsive to our requests. I highly recommend! I definitely will return. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Everything was nice and smooth, booked a last minute reservation for a family of 8. The house has enough space for everyone, received it clean with everything i could possibly need, including snacks for us and even allowed me to check in 2 hours earlier as the house was ready. Communicating with michael the owner was a breeze, always responded within the hour. My only complain is that the house is bright with lots of windows which is nice, i love natural sunlight, but at bedtime it was also bright. Michael was great though and turned off some garage lights that were making one of the rooms brighter for me, appreciated that. Would just recommend getting some blackout shades/blinds.

My family and I booked a last minute trip to Seaside and found this wonderful property. The location was perfect- only 3 houses from the boardwalk and the famous Midway cheesesteaks! The property was very clean and organized, and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. My over-sized SUV did not fit in the driveway and the owner did his best to help me find another parking option that would not cost me any additional money, which I appreciated. The property has 4 bedrooms with plenty of space for everyone to sleep. We enjoyed having dinner on the back deck one evening and liked to sit in front watching the storms or the hustle of the boardwalk. This is a great and convenient spot for families being so close to all the activities Seaside has to offer. I’d highly recommend it to families or groups of friends. We will definitely come back to stay again another time.

Great location, clean, and so close to the beach! Kids ranged from 2-15 and all had a great time and slept great! In addition, great communication and check ins from the hosts, thanks Michael!

This is the ideal spot!!4 bedrooms, 1/2 block from the boardwalk! Everything is automated and clean. They thought of everything for our convenience and comfort. House rules were super easy and sensible to follow. Hosts communicated regularly and were receptive to feedback. Would definitely come back!

House was very cute and centrally located a block from the boardwalk. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The only downside was only having 1 bathroom with 6 people, but we knew that going into it and were able to make it work. Host was very communicative and helpful and even left us snacks. There was plenty of room in the living area for all of us to hang out and play games/lounge.

The place was literally 1 block from the boardwalk. Super clean and organized. We had an amazing time and will be returning! The owner was super awesome and responsive !!! I give it 10 stars ⭐️!!!

This property was great. We booked late for the weekend and got lucky when we found this. The location was only a block off the beach!! The unit had been newly renovated. It was big and bright and clean. The owner quickly answered any question we had. Highly recommend staying here if you go to Seaside!
