Boasting a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this residence provides ample space for your comfort and convenience. You'll be delighted to discover a charming small patio, offering a delightful retreat where you can savor outdoor moments. Whether you're grilling up a delicious meal or simply enjoying quality time with your loved ones and friends, this inviting space is perfect for creating memories. Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: Within this serene neighborhood, just steps away from Burbank Drive, lies an inviting haven that combines tranquility with convenience. Situated just half a mile away, you'll find a wealth of amenities and establishments to cater to your everyday needs. Walmart, Capital One, Albertsons, La Carretta, and a variety of other restaurants and businesses are all within easy reach, making errands and dining options a breeze. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code.
