Extremely terrible

The location was convenient

First of all , during the last few minutes before checking in , the owner just changed the location of the apartment. She didn’t bother to call or explain why it was like this. The new location of this apartment was obviously different from the one in the pictures which gave a very clear picture of this apartment being a scam . The new location was unimaginably dirty , I’m talking about the bathroom floor , the toilet itself , the shower was soo dirty we didn’t even bother taking a shower the next morning . Half of the apartment lights were not working . The windows had no curtains so basically the neighbours on the opposite building could see everything . The windowsills were so dusty it looked like no one was living there for weeks . Contacting the apartment owner was impossible and the number she put on Booking was from a lady who previously worked for her over 2 years ago . When we did finally get into contact with her and explained our dissatisfaction, her response was ” thanks for the information ”. I’ve seen comments her with pretty good reviews so I have no idea what happened with my stay . Overall I would say this apartment was 1 out of 10 and 100% a scam . I would never recommend my worst enemy to stay there and it makes me wonder how booking allows such apartments in such shape to be rented .

A scam, sent me an SMS saying that the property is not available and won't to refund me.

A couple of hours before I was supposed to check in they sent me an SMS saying that the property is not available and to go ask for a refund on booking. They didn't even bother to cancel it on booking. It is now 5 days later and they are just ignoring my refund request, I have contacted them multiple times, and after first postponing it they are now trying to convince me that it has been refunded yesterday. I did not receive any refund and booking still shows the refund request as pending. I have also tried to contact booking customer support concerning this, but they have not been very helpful.

Good value for money but be prepared for a lower

Good location, the flat is tiny but nicely furnished and has everything what’s needed for a short stay, kind and responsive hosts. The neighborhood is a little let down and the building not in the best condition but I didn’t feel unsafe.

There’s unbearable smell of cigarettes coming from the common corridor (nothing the owner can change but still really annoying), bedsheets definitely weren’t fresh and the flat itself requires little more maintenance/ deep clean (toilet seat is detached, washing machine seems not working, low pressure in the shower)

Great - one of the nicest places I've stayed in Lodz.

everything, this place was great!

This was a great stay - I inadvertantly left a negative review for this place by mistake. I wish all booking.com reservations werea s good as this one. All good with nothing negative at all for this one!

Designerski lofcik w klimacie centrum miasta.

Problem z bielizną - zawilgocona pościel zamknięta i zbutwiała w pralce, bez możliwości higienicznego użycia i brak ręczników. To duży problem!
