El departamento es muy bonito, todo muy limpio, tiene todo para cocinar, lavar ropa, aire acondicionado, buenos espacios. No está tan cerca del centro pero a 25 minutos caminando y en uber a 5 minutos. Hay supermercado a menos de 1 cuadra. La Sra. Sonia fue muy amable y resolvió todas nuestras dudas. De todas maneras volvería si voy nuevamente a Porto. Una excelente estadía!!!

No hay nada que no nos gustó.

We were extremely pleased with our 12-night stay here. The location made it very easy to reach central areas; we chose to walk so we could get to know the neighborhood, and everything was accessible within a 20–25 minute walk. Upon arrival, everything was clean—except for the floors. A Lidl supermarket was nearby. Also, since I work remotely, the Wi-Fi connection was excellent; despite a few momentary interruptions, I had no issues with my work setup. Every detail had been considered for the guests' comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one might need—French press, coffee maker, kettle, glasses, plates, and pots—and the refrigerator cooled very well. Over the 12 days, we had the chance to shop for groceries and enjoy breakfast just as if we were at home. The bathroom was well-stocked with plenty of towels, a hair dryer, an iron, ample toilet paper, and even shower gel and shampoo. It was also a thoughtful touch that they provided two detergent pods for the washing machine. Having air conditioning that covered both the bedroom and the living area made the space very comfortable. The only minor issue was that the upstairs bedroom area tended to get a bit warmer than the downstairs level, as it trapped a little more heat—though, to be fair, temperatures were hovering between 28–33°C that week. Sonia personally met us to hand over the keys. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive to our questions throughout our stay. We enjoyed our time there and felt right at home. Thank you for everything! Regarding safety, I had read comments from others suggesting the area was unsafe before we arrived; however, during my 12 days there, I never encountered anyone who made us feel uncomfortable. I also didn't use the apartment entrance facing the parking lot; I always used the main building entrance. Of course, I did see some people living on the street, but—in my experience—no one bothered us.

Since we stayed in apartment number 16, we were on the side that gets the daytime sun. There was construction in the building next to "A Window to Porto - Estúdios Pestana Houses," which sometimes created a noisy environment around midday; we could hear the noise even though our unit was at the back of the building. The bathroom ventilation system needed cleaning; the noise it made during evening use could potentially disturb the sleep of other guests. Additionally, the apartment felt stuffy, likely due to inadequate ventilation in the room and bathroom. Even though we left the window slightly open when we went out, a musty, damp odor was noticeable upon our return in the evening.

De locatie en het complete van de accommodatie. Redelijke bedden, goede douche, complete keuken en goede wasautomaat. Goede adviezen van de beheerster Sonia !! Gewoon goede prijs voor een goed appartement. Supermarkten, bakker en goede pizzeria op loopafstand.

De buurt met veel zwervers en alcoholisten; vuile straten. luidruchtige Engelsen op balkons van appartementen in de buurt; gewoon asociaal gedrag, Buurt is in een overgang van volksbuurt naar betere buurt.

For the price of the apartment I am happy with the stay. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Location to the centre is good however people drinking outside the apartment all the time.

The apartment had 2 bedrooms upstairs that we could not sleep in as it was extremely hot, the aircon does not flow through to the rooms we had to sleep in the sofa bed for a week which was actually pretty comfortable. Maybe invest in some better fans for upstairs where there is no aircon
