On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The parish of Bonfim is the latest in the city of Porto, strongly marked by the industrialization of the century XIX, being an area with a large agglomeration of factories and workers, still maintains the industrial environment.
A short distance from the apartment you can find, the Church of Bonfim or Church Senhor do Bonfim, an old chapel being nowadays one of the most beautiful and emblematic churches in Porto. It is located on Bonfim Hill, where the old Roman road that used to connect Porto to Valongo passed.
The church is located on a high point, so do not miss the opportunity to be dazzled by the view over Lezíria.

From the apartment, getting around the city is easy and convenient:

- 24 de Agosto metro station just a 4-minute walk away, with direct connection to the city center and the airport.

- Heroísmo metro station a 12-minute walk.

- Bonfim bus stop a 5-minute walk, with several lines across Porto.

- Campanhã train station a 17-minute walk, perfect for exploring nearby cities.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
