Greg was super helpful. We arrived in the early morning since we travelled during the night and despite the expected time of the check-in he managed to welcome us, that was really kind because we were also travelling with our 10 mnths old baby boy and that helped us a lot. The house is comfortable and it has everything you may need. The kitchen is well equipped, all you need to cook is provided. It has oven and microwave as well. The neighbourhood is pretty quite and silent.
