The location was nice. The owners very communicative. They gave us a nice breakfast which was not expected. The area outside was nice. The property well maintained with a nice sitting area. I was a bit late leaving the property (I had left the room but was late for coffee) and they were fine with us staying later. It is for these reasons I rated it higher.
Our room was in a basement and I did not realize it. I would not have booked that room had I known. It may have been my fault for not realizing it. For me I had a difficult time breathing until the air conditioner had been on for a while. It was a large room and had a sitting area outside with walls surrounding it, but quite dark for my taste.

Was lovely and perfect for our stay near the airport - would have liked to stay more then one night as we only arrived at night

Nice location
Breakfast is set the night before. For this kind of venue I would expect a good quality breakfast instead of a low quality plastic packed.
