FLEAS! We arrived at the property today to find that there were fleas in the bedroom (we have pictures). Obviously we couldn't stay and we contacted the property manager who said that we should contact the property owner or Bookings.com to request a full refund. (We also let her know that the property was not cleaned and there was a broken tap tied up with cord). My son has a severe learning disability and has been looking forward to this trip for months. He didn't understand why he had to go home and he will struggle with comprehending as he has no knowledge of fleas. Thankfully we found them before he went to bed - he would not be able to get up and being bitten in the night without understanding what was going on would be a horrendous experience for him. It wasn't suitable for anyone to stay, let alone my son. Holiday abandoned - we had to go home. Bookings.com gave us a refund of £22.41 but said the balance was up to the property owner - the property owner has just ignored our messages and refused any refund.

This property was immaculate from the second we arrived the host was assuring as to how to Access the property. The property itself was extremely spacious and well equipped with everything you would need for a stay.
