About this house rental
Tucked away in a neighborhood of estate homes. this large single family house is well situated near I-75/ I-64 in Lexington, and close to the Kentucky Horse Park. It's also just 12 minutes to Rupp Arena and downtown. The home features large sunken Kitchen and Dining Room, Den, Living Room, and deck with large fenced back yard. There is also a TV room downstairs, ample deck space and huge backyard with fire pit.

We had a large group in town for our son's graduation from UK. The house was an easy 15 minute drive to campus and the house was huge - large bedrooms and so much space for everyone to be very comfortable! It also had tons of room for parking and a great fenced in back yard with a firepit, a deck and a grill - it was perfect for our family celebration. The owner was very accommodating and great to communicate with. The only negative possibly worth mentioning was that the house was a bit musty when we first arrived - likely from it not being used often, but we opened windows and it quickly aired out and was not an issue. Everything was as described and we were very happy with our stay - highly recommend!!

Some buddies of mine and I were in town for a hockey tournament, and the house was perfect for us. The house was about 15min away from everywhere we needed to be, and it was exactly as described. We were able to comfortably park the three cars we had. The host was very responsive when we had a question, and overall is was a great experience.

This is a great location with ample space and a great layout for a large group. The beds are super comfortable and it’s easy access to so much of Lexington. The steps into the sunken kitchen are intense and so be aware of those. The outside area would be wonderful with the right weather too. The owner responded promptly to text messages. Easy check in.
