About this apartment rental

Our home is situated in a residential area surrounding Paradise Hills Golf Course on Albuquerque's northwest side, between Taylor Ranch and Rio Rancho. Enjoy easy access to the Petroglyph National Monument, Paradise Hills Golf Course and their restaurant, The Office", and main highways to Santa Fe for the day or the cultural and historic sites in Albuquerque. We've been here for over 25 years, raising two of our five daughters. We believe we've worked hard to make the apartment a welcoming, private and quiet place to stay while exploring "The Land of Enchantment". The apartment is attached to the main home (which is not part of the VRBO offering) and has a separate, keyless entry which can be wheelchair accessible if needed via a ramp. Parking is in front and close to the patio leading to the apartment. The kitchen has the essentials to prepare, cook, and enjoy a meal at the island which has room for four guests. The main bedroom area has a comfortable Tempur-Pedic queen bed with an ample supply of linens and blankets. We've hung black out curtains to separate the space from the living room for a bit of privacy and a perfect night's sleep. There is lots of storage space, a dresser, and a closet in which you may store luggage and hang clothes. The living room is open to the kitchen and is by far the largest space; large enough to have two guests sleep comfortably. The love seat is a twin hide-a-bed and there is another twin bed in the back corner of the room. We have a smart TV with a Bose sound system which has a Bluetooth connection for listening to music, news or podcasts after a day of exploring. The bathroom has a shower with a bench for folks with mobility challenges. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body soap and plenty of towels. The patio is a relaxing place to sit for bird-watching and sunset viewing or morning coffee. Minimum three (3) nights stay is required and this is a non-smoking/vaping property.
