No worries, this home is only a short 2- minute drive to grocery stores, gas stations and local markets. Plus, a quick 10-minute drive to the world renowned Naramata bench wineries. For winter bookings Apex mountain is only a 40 minute drive away. Highlights: - Private entrance with a key pad entrance. You won’t need to worry about misplacing the keys! - 1 car garage located at the back of the property that is available for you to park your car and that can be used for secure storage of your belongings. Plenty of areas to walk around in the neighbourhood. For your privacy and knowledge, please note that there is an exterior doorbell camera (security camera/surveillance) at the front door. Guests will have full access to the garage and to the unit. Walk in closet in the master bedroom as well as closet in the kitchen are locked off with owners’ belongings.
