Property and house were very nice and clean and in a nice little neighborhood that backs up to a golf course. Lots of places to sit inside and outside that were comfortable. Pool area was very nice. Main beds were comfortable but the kid beds seem a little hard - my daughter said they were fine. Things to note: -Upper bunk is quite high - but it was secure -There is some airplane noise but inside the house it was fine and I’m a light sleeper -You will be about 20-30 minutes from the beach -You will have to pay additional $ to heat the pool (and hot tub is not separate so it won’t be hot) We would stay here again. It was clean comfortable and the owner was responsive. Also, lots of nice little touches with toiletries, lots of towels, laundry detergent, etc.

Everything about the property was as expected according to the listing. A few minor issues with the garbage being full and pet hair and dander on the couch and beds. Tammy was exceptionally understanding and extremely attentive especially with it being Christmas. She did not put off our concerns and addressed everything very quickly. Our family enjoyed how spacious the house was and the hot tub. The property does come equipped with all you need.
