Enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub year-round or the outdoor pool seasonally. Beautiful views! Josie's on the Bay is a mere 1/2 mile walk to the downtown area of Wisconsin Dells. While it is on a quiet bay off the river it is near to all the great daytime and night hot spots that the Dells has to offer. You have a boat slip available if you bring your watercraft. You can swim in our pools during rain, snow or sunshine. Sitting on Josie's porch enjoying a beverage and the sunset is just the kind of relaxation you've been looking for. Sunset Cove is a mixed-use property consisting of full-time residents, rentals, and weekenders. It is perfectly situated within walking distance of the downtown Wisconsin Dells. 1. Two-bedroom units have a max capacity of 6 guests. One-bedroom units have a max capacity of 4 guests. If you have more than that, you will be evicted from the property. 2. There is No Smoking allowed in units for safety reasons. 3. There are No Pets allowed on premises. 4. Pool hours are 9 a.m.- 8 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty so all children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. 5. Quiet time is from 10 p.m.-9 a.m. Quiet time includes: no laundry machines or dishwasher being used; no whirlpools being used; no vacuuming; and no loud music. No washing machine and dishwasher is to be used unattended, because of possible flooding. 6. No guest is allowed to use the fitness center due to insurance reasons. 7. Parking at Sunset Cove is limited to one car per unit. No campers, trailers, motor homes or boats are permitted on property. You must park in the spot designated for your unit or you will be towed and/or fined $75. 8. Recycling is enforced in this municipality. Trash and recycle items have their own dumpsters. 9. There should be no hanging of anything including garments, towels, etc. on the outside railings. No attachment of anything to the outside patio/balcony ceiling. 10. If a renter is using the Sunset Cove boat slip you will need to receive a copy of their boat insurance before they use our dock. Also, boaters should not drag their coolers down any stairs 11. Vehicles must be removed from the lot if more than 2" of overnight snow is received.

There was an issue with the heater, which can’t be predicted but made it uncomfortable, especially given that the coverlet provided was so thin. The hot water didn’t last long enough to fill the jetted tub with water that was the right temp, so we had to wait for the next day to give it time to recover and I was afraid the shower wouldn’t last long enough. The jets also didn’t make the water even bubble. The water dispenser on the fridge stopped dispensing water the second day. Chris was very nice when I informed him of the issues, but I don’t know if I would stay again.

The view was amazing, very clean property. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna, and pretty much had it to ourselves the entire stay. Great location as we could easily walk downtown. Would love to come back!

We were super happy with this property! It was large, roomy, easy to get into, parking was super convenient (it was right in front of the unit), and overall it was great. We couldn't find one of the remote controls, and we called the property manager, and he was on it right away, even when we assured him that it was OK that we didn't have it; we just wanted to let him know that it was missing. My only comment, and this is super minor, is that I wish there had been a few more towels available. We had exactly one towel and washcloth per person; I'm sure if we had called and asked for a few more to be put out it would've been fine. We would absolutely stay here again, we were very, very happy with it and had a wonderful time.

Property is very clean and tidy. I asked Chris after booking if we could check in early since we were traveling out of state for a short visit. He was very responsive and made it happen! This was very appreciated since we had two young kids. Location is great and sunset views hit the jackpot. Would stay again!

A few of my closest friends I grew up with going to church stay here every year to go boating and enjoy the beautiful Upper Wisconsin River It is a great location you can walk to town for dinner after a great day on the river.

The condo was very clean with spacious rooms. The interaction with the host was exceptional and very helpful. Our grandkids loved the indoor/outdoor pools. The washer/dryer was a huge benefit, as well as being within walking distance of downtown. As we drove around Wisconsin Dells, we determined that our condo was the best of the best places to stay. If you are planning a trip to the Dells, we would highly recommend Josie's on the Bay. You won't be disappointed!

Our family of 5 loved our stay. Not only was the condo clean, but the entire complex is very well cared for! My son enjoyed dock fishing each morning and the whole family enjoyed the pools. The location was great for us as well. Chris was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the Dells!
