We loved the view and sitting outside. So good to have washing machine & associated facilities & lots of drying racks. Aircon was great and rooms were well appointed. Elisa also kindly let us check in early. Highly recommend
There are a lot of stairs when coming back from old town. We knew this though & good for our fitness!! You need the stairs for the amazing views

The house terrace and the view to the sea and the city of Dubrovnik was incredible. The house appeared well updated and the decoration very tasteful. It was close to the beach and the city centre. You have to be in OK! shape to climb the stairs to and from the city and beach but it is all worth the efforts. Elisa the owner was incredible helpful and nice in all dialogs before and during our stay
The stairs can be challenging but we also had some fun with it

Our stay at Casa Kondelli was truly amazing! The owner/property manager was very kind and helpful. She was quick to respond to any questions we had in regard to the city. The place was very clean and equipped with everything we need for a delightful stay. The view was stunning, and well worth the extra steps to get there. This was a perfect stay!
