With a prime location just minutes from all three ski area bases and close to Park City's complimentary shuttle system, this home is the ideal base for your ski vacation. The large deck with beautiful views of Deer Valley Resort is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Or, head down to the lower level outside seating area and soak in the private hot tub. Inside, the game room is sure to be a hit with a pool table, pinball machines, a foosball table, and video games. Located in the prestigious Park Meadows neighborhood, this home offers easy access to Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons Resort, both just a short drive away. Deer Valley is approximately a ten-minute drive. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your group, and the dining area offers seating for up to 6 people. The patio off the kitchen has a gas BBQ and seating for 6, perfect for outdoor dining. Nearby Attractions: Park City Mountain Resort, Utah Olympic Park, Canyons Village at Park City, Main Street Park City, Kimball Art Center, Park City Museum, Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter, Jordanelle State Park, Guardsman Pass Scenic Backway, Alpine Coaster at Park City Mountain Resort *Home Truths:* - This home does not have AC. - As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm. - 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. Parking Details: Complimentary garage parking for 1 vehicle is attached to the residence.  Additional parking for 1 vehicle is available in the driveway. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom: Main level, King Bed Bedroom 2: Lower level stair access, Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Lower level stair access, Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Upper level, Queen Bed Bedroom 5: Upper level, 2 Queen Beds --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

The property was very well built, very clean, well appointed, convenient, and had great views. The management company was helpful with all aspects of the trip, from planning groceries and food options, to transportation and activity planning. They home, with its convenient location, and helpful management company made our fantastic trip stress free. I would recommend this place.
