The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, very well-equipped, just as described. It had effective air conditioning and the ability to completely block out the light from the windows. The balcony was quite spacious, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee. The view looked out onto the courtyard between the buildings, but most of all, there was a beautiful tree. Just right for relaxing in the morning.
The neighborhood was quiet. It was a 3-minute walk to the seaside promenade, about a quarter of an hour to Pane e Pomodoro Beach (we were running, so I’m not exactly sure), 10 minutes to the Bari Centrale train station, a quarter of an hour to the old town, and just 2 minutes to a really nice and well-stocked Dok supermarket.
We had excellent communication with Gabriele, the host.
We’re very satisfied and rate the value for money very highly.
One small downside: the quality of the pillows. The bed is very comfortable, but the pillows need to be replaced.

We spent there 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The owners waited on us with cool water and local great sweets. The studio is new, very clean and so well equipped, you find anything you need. The balcony has a nice garden view and it’s quiet, you hear the birds singing in the morning. The communication with the owner was great and he was helpful.
We enjoyed everything, we did encounter a small issue with the AC, but it wasn’t the owner’s fault, but a building technical issue. He was very responsive and helpful and everything was fine.

Jeśli spędzasz wakacje w Bari i szukasz apartamentu dla dwóch lub trzech osób, polecam ten apartament. Oferuje on dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Co wyróżnia go spośród wielu podobnych obiektów? Pokój jest przestronny, jasny i czysty. Główną zaletą tego apartamentu jest balkon. Wyobraź sobie spokojny poranek, wyjście na balkon z filiżanką kawy i podziwianie piękna bujnej mimozy (Jakaranda mimozolistna) i śpiewu ptaków w jej gałęziach.
