The room is very clean and also their staff is very good. His behavior also very very good.

Property location also good and you want everything is near railway station near more than 13 km you want everything is near there

Housekeeping staff did not clean room for two days inspite of reminding numerous times No chair in the rooms to sit for dinner Mattress is not of good quality Card machine not available inspite of numerous requests which is surprising considering they have two hotels of similar category Visitors not allowed.My office sent over a laptop and the technician came to do installation.The House keeping staff actually came to check how much more time would be required in the room as visitors are not allowed.I had to cancel my home salon service because of the same policy and really felt humiliated.Thw staff kept lingering in rooms during service which felt awkward as I was a single lady with a child in the room

Value for money, very polite staff. Everything was brand new, totally serves the purpose. Great for people visiting the city for business purposes. Very close to all the hotspots in Pune. If I ever come to visit the city, I'm staying here only. Recommending this to everyone.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, hygiene, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
