First and foremost, I would like to thank you for accommodating our reservation and ensuring the apartment was ready for our arrival. However, upon our check-in on Thursday, we encountered a significant issue that unfortunately rendered the apartment unsuitable for our stay. The main concern was the steepness of the stairs in the centre of the apartment. The safety of our family, especially our 3-year-old child, was our top priority, and we found the stairs to be a significant safety hazard. Due to the steepness of the stairs, it became clear that our child's safety was at risk, and we were unable to comfortably navigate them. As a result, we made the difficult decision to check out on the same day we checked in. We spent no more than an hour in the apartment before deciding that it was not a suitable environment for our family. Subsequently, we had to make last-minute arrangements and booked a hotel, incurring an unexpected additional cost.
