Lovely spacious place in a quieter part of old town!
The apartment is clean and comfy. The only thing to watch out for is relatively steep stairs, but that's part of the character :)
Having a washing machine comes in clutch during high season heat.
There is also a coffee brewer with free ground coffee that you can enjoy in the mornings.
The terrace is perfect to relax in the late evening.
It's also worth mentioning that the Dubrovnik is smaller in life than it seems to be when viewing on Google maps, so even though this apartment is closer to a corner of old town, any place within the walls is still within 5 minute walking distance.

L'emplacement au top, idéal, calme et avec une terrasse très appréciable! La climatisation fonctionne très bien. La literie est confortable et l'appartement bien tenu. L'hôte facile à joindre et très accueillante. Le mobilier est ancien mais cela donne un appartement moins impersonnel et donc tout à fait agréable. Loin du modernisme ambiant et froid, un chouette lieu, simple et juste parfait pour notre séjour. Le centre de la vieille ville, les restos, les bus, les remparts, le téléphérique, tout est à portée très rapidement. C'est simple et donc super agréable. Un second jeu de clef peut être nécessaire si vous souhaitez rentrer à des heures différentes car il faut laisser une porte fermée en bas de l'immeuble. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour autant et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Nous aurions apprécié une cuisinière à gaz même si les plaques électriques remplissent leur fonction.

Nearly all the reviews mention Anna, and I can understand why now. She's very sweet and helpful. She explained everything we needed to know and gave us tips to explore the city. It has a magnificent view from the window. Anna also allowed us to leave our luggage there on the final day while we explored the city a little more. We also used the washing machine with no problems.
A lot of people mention the amount of stairs to get to the apartment, and even within the apartment. I can see how that would be an issue for some, but it was not a big deal for us.

Host Ana was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us some good tips on where to visit. The apartment was comfy and well equipped. Perfect location for visiting all the interesting sites of Dubrovnik and restaurants.
There are approximately 58 steps from main street to the apartment, then appropriately another 30 to get to the apartment! You cannot avoid the steps in the Old Town! But don't let this put you off, because it's amazing!
