This charming holiday home with a sauna is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac near Kollerup Strand, offering complete privacy and a peaceful retreat. A practical utility room at the entrance features a washing machine and tumble dryer and provides access to two double bedrooms with sloped ceilings and direct access to the sauna. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a single bed and a bright bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and convenience for the whole family. The spacious, light-filled living kitchen forms the heart of the home. The family room features a high ceiling, a cozy wood-burning stove, and a snug sleeping nook for one person. The open kitchen and dining area with skylights create an inviting space for cooking, meals, and family gatherings. Large windows at the gable end fill the room with natural light and offer pleasant views of the surrounding greenery, bringing the outdoors in. Outside, the south- and west-facing wooden terrace is perfect for enjoying sunny days and relaxing in the fresh air. No rental to youth or tradesman groups permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
