Upstairs there is a further bathroom and 3 large bedrooms; one king, one double and one twin-bedded room. The living area is a spacious light-filled social space with a well-equipped modern kitchen and large wooden dining table that seats 8. The gable end of the space features a generous corner sofa, wood burning stove and smart tv. The floor to ceiling glazing has a sliding door which leads onto a small terrace, steps then take you down to a private patio area, equipped with a large table and benches for outside dining. The front of the property is landscaped planting with a path leading to another small seating area. There is also a large utility space with sink, washing machine and dryer. Lots of space to store your bikes and surfboards. Guest access The garage is restricted. Free street parking is available at the front of the property.
