The Coach House hides a spacious interior which will be a surprise to guests. Originally a coach house and stables, the property dates back to 1890 also with a history of a dance hall and ballet school. Updated and modernized in a tasteful manner, it offers an spacious interior which is individual in design. Children will love only having ten minutes’ walk to the beach and amusements and adults will find it handy for the local shops, bakery, bars, theatre and more! Located centrally in the town, down a private unmade lane, this much-loved family house offers very comfortable accommodation for a family or two couples with attractive, seaside décor throughout. Bus station, ten pin bowling and other holiday facilities are all within easy walking distance too. Despite being near to the town, the house is very quietly hidden away with it own beautiful, small enclosed patio garden having decking and lawn, being the perfect small play area for children in the summer sun. The adjoining garage is useful for parking off road (check car height). Safe bike storage behind house in garden. Travel cot and high chair available. One medium pet permitted. Freezer in garage. Ground floor; steps up to entrance into large lobby with staircase on the left. Modern, spacious open plan social area, kitchen and dining area having breakfast bar, farmhouse range with 5 ring ceramic hob, two ovens and grill. Rear door to garage and garden. Living room. The location of The Coach House was convenient for all local amenities. The house was very well equipped and everything we needed was there.The small garden was beautiful and a lovely place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Plenty of suggestions as to local places to visit and walks .
