The historic center and famous Place Plumereau are just 500 metres away. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach all the city's attractions (historic center, St Gatien cathedral, opera house...). There are many shops in the neighborhood, including a bakery, pharmacy and supermarket. It's a 6-minute walk to Les Halles de Tours, where there's a twice-weekly market. The "Nationale" streetcar stop is 3 minutes away. The "Halles" bus stop, served by lines 11, 14, 15 and 50, is 6 minutes away.
