Sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms, Sunset Villa is equipped with everything you need for a holiday in Cyprus. The Space: Sunset Villa has a welcoming feel to it throughout, with plenty of space, light and facilities on offer. Fully equipped with cookware, dishes, cutlery, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, oven, hob, toaster and washing machine, the kitchen is home to everything you could need for your self-catering stay. The villa boasts three spacious bedrooms. Two rooms have comfortable king size beds, while the other bedroom is a twin. With premium bed linens in all rooms, every care has been taken to ensure you have a great night’s sleep at Sunset Villa. Modern and clean, the family bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin. An ensuite is also attached to one of the king bedrooms and this space is home to a shower, wash basin and WC. An additional WC can also be found on the ground floor. Head outside and you’ll be wowed by what’s on offer. Featuring an infinity swimming pool, plenty of outdoor seating and sun loungers, you can really make the most of the villa during your stay. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. If you are staying with a car, there is space for two vehicles in the private on-site parking area.
