This cosy, 3 bed home is a great option for your short stay. Consisting of a spacious kitchen and living/ dining area the house offers all equipment needed. 2 of 3 double bedrooms can be split to make twin or double rooms. There’s also a third bedroom with a smaller double bed. If required the living area also has a sofa bed to use. The house is close to major transport links and is only a short distance from the centre of Sheffield and in very close proximity to Meadowhall & the arena The space In the kitchen you will find the basics for cooking for you and your fellow guests. The living area also has a dining space with a 4 seater dining table, barstools at the breakfast bar in the kitchen if extra seating is required. We will require notice if the sofa bed is going to be used so we can provide the linen for this. There is a small utility space going into the garden through the kitchen door for convenience. Main bathroom with shower and the 3 double bedrooms are located upstairs. The house is located on a quiet street in close proximity to major attractions of Sheffield only a short drive away. Take advantage of the off-street parking available which also makes the house desirable for those working away who need somewhere to park.
