Joli studio neuf et bien aménagé avec cuisine fonctionnelle. Très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la Piazza Maggiore. Hôte sympathique et arrangeant. Je recommande complètement cet établissement !
L’isolation est pas top, prévoir des boules quies si on a un sommeil léger.
Et concernant la taxe de séjour, elle est précisée sur Booking, mais lors du check-in en ligne il est noté qu’il n’y a plus rien à payer. Or il faut bel et bien la payer à l’arrivée dans l’appartement. C’est un peu ambigu et ce serait bien de le préciser.

Sehr gute Lage ins Zentrum.
Ruhige Lage.
Kein Vorhang im Wohn/Schlafzimmer. Nur Jalousie innen bedeutet: Entweder finster/künstliche Beleuchtung oder Nachbarn können sehr gut hereinsehen.
Klimaanlage funktionierte in der ersten Nacht nicht, wurde aber sofort behoben. Letzte Nacht fiel Klimaanlage wieder aus. Zudem strömte die Luft in die Ecke und konnte damit den Raum nicht wirklich kühlen, die entsprechende Lamellensteuerung war nicht möglich.
