The apartment, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living room that features a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and an open kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, American coffee maker, kettle and microwave. A French door provides access to the private porch equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first equipped with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, and the second with a queen-size bed, consisting of two single beds, which can be separated upon request. Both rooms enjoy access to the private garden. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. Guests will have air conditioning in all rooms, central heating for colder days, and free wi-fi. Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
