As advertised. Old style Khao San Rd accommodation. Basic. Ceiling fan. Cheaper rooms have internal windows onto the corridor. Bathroom shared. But at the price and location, good simple value. And manager/staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
The rooms are have good ventilation to keep cool. But that works both ways. Guests are forbidden from smoking in rooms. But the smoking on the balcony still results a shared experience. And any noises transmit.

Great location just a few minutes walk to Khao San Road. I booked a single room with a ceiling fan free Wi-Fi and a shared toilet and shower down the hallway. 2 toilets, 2 showers plus 2 wash hand basins on each floor. Restaurant on the ground floor selling delicious Thai food. Can buy tourist attraction tickets there also. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Couldn’t fault it.

The type of room its open space gives no privacy for guest and the room very small with only ceilingfan i am not used to it i need ac because i am not used to hot weather there is nonproper good table to eat only small one to those who are travelling for work not applicable and those who are looking for ac book their single room with ac
