We rented the apartment for the period from 14.08.2026 to 21.08.2026. It was me, my wife and my daughter. We were left with very good impressions of the apartment. The furniture, which is modern and well-maintained, fully corresponds to the published photos on Booking.com and Google. The building is located not far from the central railway station of Bari, as well as the main shopping street. The keys are taken from a small drawer installed next to the entrance gate of the building, and we received a code from the landlady Tiziana to open it. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a building that is undergoing total renovation. The elevator is new, but narrow - it can only accommodate two people with one suitcase each. The apartment itself consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom/WC, which can be reached by passing through the bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need (utensils, oven, ceramic hob, etc.), but the refrigerator is relatively small. We chose this apartment because it also has a washing machine. The hot water in the bathroom comes from a 50-liter boiler. The toilet is flushed by pressing an electric button mounted on the wall. However, you have to wait a few minutes to refill the toilet cistern. There was also a folding dryer, but no steam iron. There is a separate air conditioner for each of the two rooms. We bought food mainly from Lidl (Via G.Petroni 3A), from COOP (Via Niccollo Piccinni 176) and from OK SIGMA Supermercato (Via Scipione Crisanzio 20). There is street parking around the building for an hourly fee. About 300 m away, under the park behind the Aldo Moro University building, there is a large public parking lot also for an hourly fee. Communication with the landlady Tiziana was very good. Since check-in was delayed by about an hour upon our arrival, as compensation she offered to vacate the apartment later on the day of departure. I recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Bari.

Blisko dworca skąd można dojechac do lotniska, Alberobello, Monopoli czy Polignano a Mare
Byliśmy 8 nocy, zabrakło nam workow na śmieci, ,po zgłoszeniu, zostały dostarczone.
Jest pralka, ale nie bylo żadnej kapsułki czy proszku do prania, ale to maly szczegoł.

Polecam, super lokalizacja, 10 minut od dworca, 10 minut od dzielnicy Murat i Starego Miasta, super kontakt z gospodarzem, obok wspaniała restauracja oraz piekarnia.

Ubicado muy cerca estación de trenes (que era nuestro objetivo) pero en zona tranquila. La cama principal era suave. Colocaron agua y café. Fueron muy amables dejarnos guardar las maletas cuando llegamos hasta que pudiéramos hacer el check in a las 2pm. Tiene ascensor.
El edificio está en remodelaciones internas (aunque como fue domingo no nos impactó en ruido por trabajos es importante saberlo). Tiene una nevera pequeña pero no enfría casi y se podrían dañar los productos. La cama del sofá cama no es cómoda.
