The location was great Close to everything The house itself isn't perfect but the potential is there.

The ad lied bout 3 double beds and we needed them. There is no private parking is just road parking so your guaranteed to park in your own street where the house is which I stated to the agent is not ideal when I said with my wife's disability was not what we needed when the ad stated private parking. Load of rubbish and wet cardboard left in the garden which weren't great. Kitchen facilities are appalling with hardly anything to cook in or with for a family of 4. Also oven didn't work so we couldn't cook our food that we bought so in result of that we had to throw our food away and get takeaways and meals out which cost us more money than we were prepared. When contacting the agent bout the oven he was as useful as a chocolate teapot. Told us he would get in contact with the homeowner then us and he never did. We had to contact him after our trip back home and he was just full of excuses. Homeowner don't want wanna know, no compensation for anything was offered when asked for and if you get Will as the acting agent for the property, ask for someone else that's my advice !! No issues with using the property again just won't be using it under the current management of it and highly recommend for other people not to and save them the disappointment.
