Apartament zlokalizowany jest na poddaszu, zdjęcia optycznie powiększają przestrzeń, która w zasadzie nie jest zbyt duża, ale wystarczająca. W środku było czysto i przytulnie i nieczego nam nie brakowało. Z tyłu jest spory parking, a okolica wydaje się bezpieczna.
Mały zgrzyt z odbiorem kluczy- musiałem zadzwonić po instrukcje zameldowania, i wtedy telefonicznie otrzymałem wskazówki, okno z takim wykuszem w zasadzie się nie chciało otworzyć, lub ja nie potrafiłem go otworzyć, więc pozostaliśmy przy uchylnych. Sypialnia to oddzielona ścianą część salonu bez osobnych drzwi i niestety pod solidnym skosem. Wstawanie i położenie się nie było komfortowe a sama przestrzeń dość klaustrofobiczna.

Winda tylko do 3 piętra a mieszkanie na 4, dosyć daleko na pieszo do centrum.
