The cabin was so cozy and unique. We had more than enough space for my family of 5. Wish we had more time only able to stay two nights but it was amazing! Well thought out Airbnb. We were kinda bummed at first cause the tv was down but we needed up spending more quality time as a family and played so many games that were there already and made the best memories! It was honestly a blessing in disguise I’m happy we got away from the phones for a few days. We look forward to staying here again soon!

We loved the location, up on the rim and in a quiet part of the community of Forest Lakes. It was very quiet but you can hear some traffic noise from 260 ( it did not bother us). Lots of pine trees. It was cozy, but had the perfect amount of space for my husband and me . We did not use the upstairs at all, but if you have kids, it would be a great place for them. The king bed was comfortable, the added on bedroom downstairs was really nice. We did play some of the outdoor games that were provided, plus enjoyed the hammock. There were fire restrictions the week we were there so we were unable to have a fire in the fire pit, unfortunately. There was an adorable baby bunny that we watched all week who lives in the little wood pile on the property.
Willow Springs Lake is a very short drive away, also dirt roads for exploring as well as nearby hiking trails.
The stairway going up to the porch was a little steep. Also, we were very disappointed that the pellet stove(fireplace )wasn’t working. I did reach out to the host who said that it was finicky. I would recommend either fixing it or taking it out of the cabin completely.
