Um lance de escadas para chegar até a porta do prédio. No prédio ficamos no apartamento número 4, que ficava no segundo andar, acessível apenas com escadas.

Room was very clean and in a perfect location.
A little on the small side, and needed more toiletries, ie shower gel and shampoo insufficient for 5 nights. Being picky, but overall very happy.

Our room was absolutely perfect for two days in Dubrovnik. The location couldn’t be better for doing the old city but is also close to Pile Gate for kayaking and the rest of Dubrovnik. Communication from Dino was great and really appreciated, particularly when flight delays meant we got there a lot later than scheduled. The room was very clean and well-equipped, with very good air con. There just being four rooms at the property each on their own floor meant it was super quiet at all times, though we were in the top floor so can’t comment on noise from above.

The guy who welcomed us was very cordial and informative. Provided us with a map of the area and explained a few things for us.
The room was very basic and small. The furniture feels a bit outdated. I booked in 5 other places in Croatia, including another place in Dubrovnick for my return and unfortunately this room did not meet my expectations. The clothes closet/cabinet needs to be attached to the wall. It almost fell on us a couple of times. As others have mentioned, the mattress is hard, the shower needs a wall or curtain, and the fridge is miniscule.
