The room was small and compact but had everything you needed. It was very well soundproofed from the busy street outside, very quiet. Large shower, everything was spotlessly clean.
Nothing to dislike, perfect stay for one night.

Great location close to train station and main pedestrian shopping area (and 15 min from old town)
Super clean, all new, daily cleaning (impeccable) and very good coffee machine and a/c. Good communication with host and owner has a shop downstairs as well. Oh and they offer daily coffee and breakfast croissant downstairs.
All good. Lift is a not slow, as there’s 8 floors in the building but it’s a new safe lift. Also, it’s a smaller place, not ideal for people with lots of luggages

The location was excellent, and the apartment was exceptionally clean, one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in.
The room was far too small, and we were given one without a balcony or terrace, so there was nowhere to dry our swimsuits or beach towels. The internet connection was very poor and only worked intermittently. TV connection also.
The breakfast description was also absolutely misleading. “Italian breakfast” consisted of choosing between a cappuccino or espresso and receiving one croissant from a nearby café. every day the same. Even the amount of water provided was extremely limited (the half of the smallest glass, served in plastics), and the café staff were not particularly welcoming when we presented the breakfast vouchers.
Communication was very slow, with responses via Booking or email often taking more than 24 hours. The accommodation was also quite noisy and very warm. Overall, it is suitable for one or two nights, but not for a longer stay.
