We are happy to send a menu if you would like at time of booking. With this booking, you will have access to the entire upstairs, deck, front yard, driveway, street parking. Our street is not a through street so traffic is very minimal. Walking Path directly behind the property for strolls through the area. Treat the house and neighborhood as if it were your own. Any smoking of any substance INSIDE THE HOME (cigarettes, vape, pot, cigars, etc) will incur a $250 aeration fee, non negotiable.
