Grounds were beautiful and the room itself was tasteful and very comfortable. The check in/out key locker system was super easy to navigate and the location, right in the heart of Marfa, was perfect. I was able to walk pretty much everywhere I wanted to go.

pour-over coffee set up in the room. outdoor sitting areas and outdoor concrete-living-room on property were intimate and enjoyable places for breakfast and afternoon chats
Fresh water dispenser could have been filled more often, it was very convenient, very much appreciated, but obviously got a lot of use. This is a minor inconvenience, and I would not count it against our experience, but you are asking, so I'm answering.

Air conditioning seemed to be blowing mold out over the head of the bed, we had to sleep at the foot of the bed.
