I was promised to have access to gym and pool, and I didn’t have access I told the agent who made my booking and she said she will fix it, I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks already I came here to the Philippines for long term for 2 months and I don’t like to switch apartments every few days, today I had enough of it and I told them I want a refund 3K php for every week I’m here for not being able to go to the pool and gym and then they threatened me in the phone they told me they will call the security the get me outside of the apartment and I said if that’s the case I will call the police, they say they will call the police also and lie to them that I’ve threatened them, I have never threatened them!

They lie there is no pool or gym you can use, only if you pay 220php per day they told me they will email the tower and fix it but they never fixed it,, the aircon doesn’t work good and it’s so hot, there are so many insects, the lobby and the floors are dirty, the internet is really really slow.
