Excellent location! Many attractions and cafes are accessible on foot! Grocery shop in 5 minutes and metro station in 10.
The room was good — comfy bed, bright, with a balcony and decent working table. In the evening you can open windows on both sides for a nice breeze. The AC worked fine. The building has washing machines on the ground floor. The staff was polite and responsive.
For me the only downsides were price and noise.
You can hear sounds from a nearby gas station, but fortunately, it's closed at night. Besides that the building has some loud water pump, which is especially noticeable at night when everything else is quiet. Neither was loud enough to be a major issue, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.
The price felt a bit high for such room and overall level of building equipment. Especially since larger rooms are available for about the same price. Probably this is because of the location, but I wish it was a bit cheaper :)
Also, it would be great to add a microwave somewhere on the ground floor.
