Venture downstairs to discover the basement's hidden gems—a cinema room with ample seating, a gaming room for friendly competitions, and a full bathroom for added comfort. Other things to note: ✤HEATING: Every area of the house is equipped with a heating system to ensure your comfort, except of the sunroom, which is not connected to the house central heating system. ✤ PET-FRIENDLY STAY - Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Milwaukee vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. - Pet fee USD 100 per pet per stay - ✤ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS - We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to login into your personal account. ✤ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Thank you very much for your understanding. ✤ This home has a garden area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control - ✤ SUPPLIES: We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. ✤ ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY: Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount. ✤ PARKING We humbly request to avoid parking in a way that blocks the sidewalk. It's important for pedestrians' safety and convenience. We would sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
