This property is fenced with tons of parking. Coeur d' Alene is 10 minutes away by car, and about 15 minutes by boat. Several restaurants are accessible from the water by boat. Great home for families who want together time as well as privacy. Great for teenagers as well as small children. Absolutely no pets.
