The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean. There was a Kurig with a selection of coffee pods, and also a French press, which we used with fresh ground beans from a local coffee shop. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and a very cozy couch overlooking the harbor. It is a beautiful location.

Great place. Well stocked kitchen and lots of nice extras (toiletries, coffee, small candies). Comfy beds. Convenient location.

The location was very good and the house was clean and comfortable. We liked the chairs on the deck, where we could sit and enjoy the view.
The downstairs toilet seat is broken and needs to be replaced. The downstairs shower head leaks sideways and sprays onto the floor. It needs to be replaced, too. The clothes washer works well but the dryer is clearly on its last legs and needs to be replaced or repaired.
