Cabin 4 is a primary suite studio with the perfect mix of creative and classic Colorado charm! Your comfort is key inside as the cabin comes adorned with a California King Bed, a ceiling fan, and a well-equipped kitchen. Playing chef will come naturally here as you utilize the full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dishware. Additional interior perks include custom-built mood lighting and an antique aspen headboard. Before bed, rinse off in the full shower and head outside for one last viewing of the sunset's radiant orange, yellow, and pink hues as they meet the mountains. House Rules -This home is not equipped with a washer/dryer. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Security camera details: There are two cameras facing the parking area and exterior of the home, as well as one facing the entrance to the game room. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
