Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Hilfsbereitschaft des sehr netten Hosts Gianmarco, er hat immer sofort geantwortet und ist uns bezüglich des Check-Ins entgegengenommen - war aber auch Glück, dass die Vorgänger schon weg waren und die Putzkraft schon fertig war. Das Apartment war toll, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Lage war super, wir wollten bewusst nicht mit dem Auto bis in die Innenstadt fahren und haben daher den Bus genommen - die Haltestelle ist keine 5 Min zu Fuß vom Apartment entfernt, der Bus kam alle paar Minuten und hat nur 20 Min in die Innenstadt gebraucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gab es auch in der Umgebung. Das Wohnviertel war angenehm.

It was very clean, the bed was great! High-quality mattress with springs, in very good shape (felt like brand new - no bumps of any kind) gave me a very good sleep. The other parts of the aparment are also very nice: liked both the kitchen (well equipped and contains some basic breakfast snacks, tea coffee) and the bathroom.
All was good.

The apartment itself was good, and the location was decent.
Check-in started at 15:00, but the access details were not sent until 15:58. During that time I had to contact the property through WhatsApp and Booking.com and make a roaming call. I received no response or information while waiting, and my phone was nearly out of battery by the time I got in. The situation was very stressful. The cleanliness was not the best, for example there were leftover cigarettes on the balcony. The property later refused any refund.
