Not good hotel considering the price. Around 10 mins walk to main road to get a taxi @ 20/30 SAR

Big size room but amenities are very old. toilet is not clean. shower water and basin water comes to whole wash room. washing machine is very old. location is not good. You have to walk around 10 mins to get taxi. Very far from Majid Al Nawabi and taxi finding is a difficult job. Night view from outside of the hotel is great. Looks like a palace. If You have your own car and If you have have a big family/group of people then it can be a good option though there are lots of hotel/apartment available within lower price than this one near to Majid Al Nawabi but not listed in Booking. Com

It is about 3km from harm .information I was gevin 1.8km.and for taxi to get is you have to walk about 10 mints.

Don’t book this place if you want to spend most of your time in the mosque because it’s far. Not recommended at all.

The staff was nice & friendly. Very helpful indeed. Rooms were big.

It wasn’t cleaned properly (toilets were very dirty, washroom drains were not working properly, kitchen cabinets were broken). The location is quite far from Prophet Mosque as you’ll have to book cab for every ride to and from the mosque & it’s quite difficult to find this location as it’s not an hotel it’s just an apartment.

ممتاز فى كل شئ بخلاف بس الموقع وخصوصاً ا مصعب راجل بشوش ومستوى عالى من المسئوليه الله يبارك فيه

Not hotel, but huge room and quite nice facilities.

There was big bedroom, big family room with big couch, decent bathroom/toilet. You can use washing machine, iron, electric stove. Actually great choise if you stay with family of 4 person, perhaps.

Door lock was almost completely broken, ac were obsolete but work just well. Location was too far away from haram, with no stores nor restaurants around (except alromansiah, which was great restaurant).

Avoid this hotel at any cost

If you can be satisfied just with a bed to sleep and ignore the rest of the experiences, perhaps you can choose this hotel.I don't see any reason why this hotel should be there on booking.com.

1. Location. It is very far from main roads and has no access to any shops or taxi in the vicinity. 2. Reception : It was unattended and kept the guests in waiting.my calls to the number provided in the booking.com went unanswered.They dont accept any debit or credit cards and have no ATM facilities nearby. During checkout, they say some technical issues in giving the receipt! 3.Cleanliness : It is below average, and the floors are sticky.

-الموقع وسط حي سكني بعيد - المبنى لا يوجد عليه اي لوحة تدل على اسمه مما أضطرني للمرور حول الموقع عدة مرات للتأكد - الاستقبال عبارة عن كشك صغير ولا يوجد من يقوم بشيل الشنط - المصعد ضيق جدا و تجد صعوبة بحمل الشنط داخله - لا يوجد مواقف كافية -المكيفات قديمة جدا جدا مع مراعاة ان سعر الشقة مناسب اقتصادياً لكن بدون خدمات

If you are not traveling with your personal car, it may not be convenient as The location in ESKAN DISTRICT that is about 15minutes by taxi from Haram district, each route taxi fare would be around SAR15 at least

السعر كان جداً ممتاز اخذت غرفة وصالة ب 99 ريال

الموقع كله أعمال وتحويلات فكان الوصول للفندق صعب والموقع اللي على بوكينج يوديني مكان ثاني فعشان كذا تواصلوا مع الفندق عالواتس يرسلكم الموقع .. المصعد كان عطلان للأسف فكان موضوع الطلوع جداً متعب

I may not prefer visiting this place in the future.

The only reason I booked the room here was its price. They provided me with a cattle for tea, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine, an iron with an iron stand, and an electric stove. Toiletries included a shampoo, soap, and a towel. Apart from them, the staff was polite enough to listen to our issues.

Location is one of the biggest red flags of this location. If you are planning to reach Haram for Namaz, you should keep in mind that it may take at least 10-15 minutes to reach as the roads are blocked in almost every road in that area due to construction work. We usually had to pay 15 SAR to the taxi driver for every trip and if you go through Uber, you may end up paying more. Whatever the price you see for their rooms, my advice is to add an extra 30-40 SAR by adding the transportation cost. Apart from location, even though the building is new, its infrastructure will give you a vibe of living in an old village house. The washrooms are not finely finished. The door locks are of poor quality. The windows are very small, like the ones you may see in prison cells shown in Hollywood movies. I had to call their room cleaning boy to clean the toilet after the first time I entered the toilet as it was not cleaned in the first place. In short, you should keep in mind that being a 'new' building does not guarantee you a 'clean' building. Another thing I did not like while living here was that the staff was not able to provide me with a plate and a spoon when I needed one. They also don't have any arrangements for drinking water in case you need it. Upon inquiring further, they told me that we only have the things you saw within the room. Also, there was no air-conditioning system in the lobby, corridors, and the elevator. I think that's something the owner must know as a basic manner of operating a hotel in KSA.

Good Rooms and clean but hard to find hotel location

Hotel rooms were very neat and clean, but the location is bit far from masjid Al Nabvi. Hard to find the hotel.

Location is too far from Masjid Al Nabvi and hard to find hotel location but surrounding area is very good and newly constructed further in progress. Could be good location in near future.

Stay was pleasant but please avoid hassle by mentioning something outside about the apartment .....

It is hard to find especially since no sign or board is given outside, on google also no specific picture of the property outside. Because of this issue, I faced 30 minutes keep searching for property. The Pakistani guy cleaner is fantastic and good at work, but someone at reception must know English.

Location demarcation and not clearly written on the building or any instruction on the booking note.
